Like the name ‚informative list‘ we like to give informations and help breeders and petowners to know more about themes like health, genetics and so on. 

Our goal is to give informations in a objective and neutral way in all parts of themes. We don’t like to ‚make a opinion‘, because every breeder must decide for themself which way they like to go in their breed.
(as a sample: someone don’t like to breed with white cats, another don’t like to put the cats separatly in a small room or a outrun and another breeder think that 6 adult cats are enough in a home, etc.... You can always find breeders with different opinions and feelings)

That’s the reason we don’t give one’s opinion about the themes you will find here or we will not present our own opinion here. But we have to rely on your contribution and experience, that other breeders and petowners could learn about it.

It's obvious that we take the informationes confidental and don't give them to other people !

The articles are written with the background information from breeders and with the scientific knowledge.

The articles about diseases, genetics and the bloodgroups should give informations to all breeders around the world, not only to the breeders of Norwegian Forest Cats.

 Some of us have an experience, that the breeders in the other countries are more open in talking about problems in their breeds.

With this homepage we like to make a contribution to this openness too.
